The only place to buy a above the ground pool. Absolutely the nicest most sincere people to work with. When they say they will be ready and there to set up you can count on them. Quality of work and pools can't be beat in Memphis. Thank you Smith pools.
I read all these glowing remarks. Our experience was a little different. It was basically, "alright, it's installed, see you!" The ladder and steps were partially assembled at a height for a pool completely above ground. Our pool was buried two feet in the ground. No instructions nor assistance was given for the correct installation of them. We have an alarm system that was installed with cardboard still attached. Don't know how it is supposed to work. There was no guidance on how to hook up the vacuum. When asked about caring for the pool and the water the response was, "oh, throw 3 bags of chlorine in occasionally." I did have to fix a leak at the pump. So far there has been no follow up inquiries from Smith pools about our satisfaction about their service or products. In all honesty, I can not fully recommend Smith Pools.
