Services
HVAC Installation
We specialize in complete HVAC system installation for residential and commercial properties. Our licensed technicians handle all aspects of installation, including ductless mini-split systems, central air conditioning, and energy-efficient heating solutions. With over 20 years of experience, we ensure proper system sizing, optimal placement, and compliance with local building codes for maximum efficiency and comfort.
Ductless Mini-Splits
Our ductless mini-split solutions offer zoned temperature control for homes and businesses. These energy-efficient systems eliminate ductwork losses, allowing independent climate control in different rooms. We install high-quality brands like Daikin, Mitsubishi, and our own D-Air line, with options for wall-mounted, ceiling-suspended, and floor-standing units suitable for spaces up to 1,000 square feet.
Air Balancing
Our certified air balancing services optimize HVAC system performance through precise testing, adjusting, and balancing. We measure airflow, verify duct integrity, and ensure proper ventilation according to engineering specifications and ASHRAE standards. This process improves energy efficiency, enhances occupant comfort, and helps meet building code requirements for new constructions and renovations.
HERS Ratings
We provide HERS rating services to assess home energy efficiency and meet California building code requirements. Our certified raters perform duct leakage testing, SEER/EER verification, and insulation inspections. This service helps homeowners qualify for energy rebates, improve energy performance, and achieve Energy Star certification through comprehensive energy efficiency evaluations.
Portable AC Units
Our portable air conditioning units offer flexible cooling solutions for temporary spaces or areas without existing HVAC systems. Available in 8,000 and 12,000 BTU models, these units require no professional installation - simply plug them in and connect the window hose. We offer advanced programmable features and remote controls for convenient operation in small to large rooms.
