Residential Pool Building
We design and construct custom residential pools tailored to homeowners' lifestyles. Our process combines advanced engineering with premium materials like Diamond Brite quartz finishes and Hayward automation systems. From initial consultation to final installation, our expert team ensures seamless execution of vanishing edge features, in-pool furniture, and energy-efficient heating solutions. Every project emphasizes durability, safety compliance, and aesthetic integration with outdoor living spaces.
Commercial Pool Maintenance
Our comprehensive maintenance program preserves commercial pool functionality and appearance. Services include weekly chemical balancing, equipment inspections, and hybrid filtration system optimization. We specialize in institutional settings like hotels, country clubs, and government facilities, ensuring adherence to public health standards. Preventative care extends equipment lifespan while maintaining water quality through UV/ozone purification and automated monitoring systems.
Pool Renovation
We modernize aging pools with structural repairs and contemporary upgrades. Our team replaces worn tile coping, installs Renolit PVC membranes, and applies aquaBright fiberglass refinishing. Projects often incorporate energy-efficient saltwater systems, LED lighting, and ADA-compliant accessibility features. Most renovations complete within 1-2 weeks, minimizing disruption while enhancing functionality and visual appeal through updated design elements and materials.
Vinyl Liner Replacement
Specialized in replacing damaged vinyl liners with durable alternatives like Fox Vinyl Liners and Merlin Safety Covers. Our process includes precise measurements, structural integrity checks, and installation of reinforced 60-80 mil membranes. We address underlying issues like wall bowing or floor cracks before liner replacement, ensuring long-term performance. Custom options include decorative patterns and reinforced wear zones for high-traffic areas.
Concrete Decking
We construct and resurface concrete and paver decks using premium materials from SGM and Mapei. Services include decorative staining, non-slip textures, and expansion joint repair. Our team installs permeable paver systems to manage water drainage while enhancing aesthetic appeal. Deck resurfacing projects typically complete in 2-3 days, offering cost-effective improvements to poolside aesthetics and functionality.
