Within the HVAC industry, it is standard practice for heating and cooling system manufacturers to provide homeowners with a ten year parts warranty (with registration) on any new furnace, heat pump, or air conditioner they purchase. In contrast to this, the labor warranty is provided by the HVAC contractor you hire to install the system. This warranty is generally one year in length. We at Overlake Heating and Air Conditioning believe this labor warranty is insufficient given the investment. Because of this, our policy is to provide anyone who purchases an HVAC system from us a three year warranty at no additional cost.
