Patrick B came to my home to give me an estimate on both a tank and tankless water heater. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up going with a tank and he came back in a couple of days to install it. Pat was on time, thorough, explained everything to me clearly, and cleaned up completely when his work was done. When I next need a plumber I will definitely ask for Pat again! Thank you Pat for a job well done!

From the first phone call with dispatcher to the gentleman that came to my house to access the replacement hot water heater, to the installers.
