Purchased a home with a pool. Didn't have the slightest idea on what to do. Went to a pool store. And I was totally being played by the employee.

On Monday April 16th we stopped by and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Mark who was the owner. He was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. We took a video of what our pool was doing and he took the time out of his busy day to come out and check out our pool himself. When he came to out home he determined what the root cause of the problem was immediately. At this point most companies would identify the problem and ask for payment for their time or request that you schedule to have service done on your pool or some other recommendations.

But not Mark with Hallmark Pools and Spas. He proceeded to go ahead and fix the pool while he was on site. Now I'm not sure what other company would do that, wait a minute no other company would do that. It truly goes to show you that Mark and his family do care about the customer. Did I also mention that he came out at 4:45 when the store closed at 5 p.m. He did not care what time it was he did not care about the money, he's simply cared about helping his customer.

He has gained a customer for life and as long as I have a pool Hallmark is the only place I would ever go. He doesn't rip you off and he doesn't take advantage. He simply tells you what you need and give you the options to make it work. For anyone looking to buy pool or maintain a pool Hallmark is a place to go. If there was a way to give him 100 Stars we definitely would.
