Whether you need HVAC services for a residential or commercial space, you can trust Brummitt Heating and Cooling. Our proud owner, Mike Brummitt, has more than 20 years in the industry. Since 2008, we've been serving north central North Carolina and southern Virginia, and our reputation for satisfying customers has grown to match our customer commitment. Our high standards are part of every product and service we offer. We have an extensive portfolio of products, from air conditioners and furnaces to air quality devices and thermostats.

If you have a small space that needs special cooling or heating needs, like a sunroom that gets just a little too warm, then a ductless system may be your answer. Ductless systems let you heat or cool a room without having to add more ductwork. Most ductless systems are mounted either high up on a wall or on the ceiling to provide you with additional comfort without being obtrusive. Because these systems are so compact, they are extremely efficient and quiet. Plus, their small design is much less bulky and unsightly as a traditional window unit.

Boiler installation in a commercial space is a big job suited for a professional. Chances are your commercial space uses a boiler for heating. Consider both the right company for the install and the right type of unit for your application. A retrofit in your existing space has different requirements than a new unit. For a retrofit, you may want to match the boiler type of the previous unit but with a more efficient model. You may think bigger is better, but an oversized boiler for your business will use too much energy for the application.

Staying comfortable during the hot and humid summer months in central North Carolina and southern Virginia depends on an excellent air conditioning system. Brummitt Heating and Cooling offers a range of high-quality, split system air conditioners from Carrier®. These systems have both indoor and outdoor components, which helps promote indoor air quality through better circulation in your home. Don't worry about noise with split systems - the loudest components are outdoors. With one of our air conditioners in place, you'll be able to precisely forecast your ideal comfort for years and years to come.

If your home is ready for a new furnace installation, get ready for lower utility costs of the most efficient current models. Today's choices have the latest technology to keep your home warm and comfortable all winter long. Beyond the base furnace product you select, expect extras like improved air filtration and programmable thermostats to offer even more bang for your buck. Not only does the success of your furnace installation require a great product, it also requires great service. Over 20 years of experience creating happy customers speaks to our commitment to doing the job right, every time.

Keeping your indoor air quality up to par is a serious concern that often goes overlooked. Make sure the air you breathe in your home or office is clean and fresh with our ventilators, UV lamps, and air purifiers from Carrier®. Allergens, dust, mold and mildew spores can be circulating throughout your home if your HVAC system is not properly maintained. These pollutants can cause respiratory irritation and even make existing health problems, like allergies or asthma, worse. Adding air filtration products to your HVAC system can help keep these irritants in check.

A large-scale commercial space requires professional commercial air conditioning installation. You need the installation to occur with minimal impact to production, employee productivity, and customer experience. Downtime costs you money, and first impressions are lasting for your customers. Data crunching, forecasting, and budgeting are much easier in a comfortable, ambient space. Whether your current system is at the end of its life or you're starting a new business, you need an air conditioning solution for your commercial space.

Your business is your livelihood, so look for a professional in commercial air conditioning repair. Commercial spaces have unique air conditioning needs over residential spaces. Your business needs to maintain the comfort of your hard-working employees. You stock valuable inventory that requires a specific temperature. Customers have a better shopping experience in a temperature-controlled commercial space. Whether your indoor temperature is just fluctuating or your air conditioning has flat conked out, trust the folks at Brummitt to get your business back to normal.

It's not always easy to tell that your furnace needs a professional's touch. Perhaps your furnace has been making unusual sounds or smells strangely. Maybe your heat has been uneven or nonexistent. Whatever the issue, trust the pros at Brummitt Heating and Cooling with your furnace repair. During a furnace repair visit, a certified technician will evaluate wear and tear on your existing furnace. The age of the furnace will be considered along with any damage from improper maintenance. While the costs of repairing an older furnace are lower upfront, the long-term cost of multiple repairs and service visits should be considered.

Heat pumps are a perfect fit for areas like north central North Carolina and southern Virginia, where we typically have hot summers and mild winters. These systems draw heat from the air to heat or cool your home. Rather than heating up or cooling down the air in your home, heat pumps simply move air in or out of the house. It will move air out of your home in summer to cool it and bring warm air in during winter to heat it. The cost to purchase and install a heat pump is fairly equal to that of other heating systems.

At Brummitt Heating and Cooling, repair is just one (albeit important) air conditioning service we offer. Whether it's a spring checkup to make sure your air conditioner is ready for summer or a last-minute repair, you can rely on Brummitt to keep you cool all summer long. The hot and humid summers in the Southeast will tax your air conditioner but, with Brummitt, not necessarily your wallet. Professional air conditioning services keep utility costs down. For instance, an air conditioning services agreement helps identify potential problems.

If you need commercial HVAC services, time and money are probably at the top of your concerns. Maybe your customers have come to rely on your advertised store hours; maybe your production is already three shifts deep to keep up with demand. Most businesses have strict budgets submitted and approved in advance. Commercial HVAC services may be using up your contingency dollars. Every business relies on positive customer testimonials. You don't want uncomfortable temperatures or unexpected closings to be part of your reputation.

Residential HVAC services keep your home, the center of your family life, comfortable. Your home is the place for anniversaries, birthdays, holidays, and special events. It's also the spot for everyday family dinners, movie nights in, board games, and prom photos. Brummitt Heating and Cooling offers residential HVAC services to allow you to get back to the important times in your life. Brummitt Heating and Cooling has 20 years of experience providing HVAC services to homeowners. When you call us for residential HVAC services, we'll help you weigh the cost and benefit of a repair versus a replacement.

When the temperature drops and the cold starts to creep into your home, rely on the heating experts at Brummitt Heating and Cooling. Our heating services go beyond repair and include installation and preventative maintenance. So no matter what your heating needs this year, the professionals at Brummitt have you covered. Whether you have a gas powered furnace or packaged unit with a heat pump, all types of heating systems benefit from preventative maintenance. When it comes to heater repair, Brummitt Heating and Cooling has over two decades of experience.

When you need boiler repair, you need experts who can service your specific type of unit. Your boiler may run on gas or oil. Whether your boiler is floor standing or wall mounted, a professional with the right knowledge and experience will ensure a safe and efficient repair. If your boiler is also providing your business with hot water, a repair has the potential to impact two systems. It makes sense to hire a professional who will follow a robust checklist. Maintaining your boiler not only extends its life but also eliminates the need for more costly repairs in the future.

All year long, your furnace provides constant air circulation to keep you more comfortable. It radiates warmth in the winter and moves conditioned air from your cooling system during the summer. Brummitt Heating and Cooling offers both oil and gas furnaces to accommodate your current energy source. Oil furnaces are the traditional type of system that most are used to, while gas furnaces are slightly more environmentally friendly. Oil or gas, many furnaces today are extremely energy efficient, especially those offered by Carrier.

A comfortable home begins with superior HVAC products. But purchasing heating and cooling equipment is not something that happens everyday. Brummitt Heating and Cooling helps make this process easier by providing superior products and excellent service. We carry top-of-the-line products from the HVAC industry leader, Carrier. As a factory authorized dealer, our NATE-certified technicians are extremely knowledgeable and experienced in these systems. Plus, they are backed by the Carrier satisfaction guarantee for dependability.

When the coldest days of winter are upon us, you want a reliable boiler that will spread warmth throughout your home. Boilers can be either gas- or oil-fired; either can provide energy-efficient heat. Boilers have undergone huge improvements in safety and efficiency. They can now extract more heat from the fuel using new combustion technologies, which are sealed. This helps reduce drafts, which is both safer and more efficient. Many of Carrier®'s boilers are ENERGY STAR® qualified. As a Carrier® Factory Authorized Dealer, we offer these products to you so you can achieve the highest energy-efficiency and save on your energy bills.

We were told by another local AC company (two weeks after spending over $750 for Freon replacement and a new fan) that our upstairs AC unit was shot and we had no choice but to purchase a new unit at almost $5,000. We called Mike Brummitt Heating & Cooling this morning and a very nice, professional and polite technician was at our house within 2 hours. He found that we had a faulty thermostat, a very minor fix. Our upstairs is as cool as cucumber now, and we still have our $5,000. I would use the words "honesty" and "integrity" to describe this company!

Called these guys early Saturday morning, and they came out during this winter storm within a couple hours.and fixed what needed to be fixed. Did the same on Sunday cause somethin else went wrong. These guys are professional, efficient, and, well, just nice to deal with.

What's new?
