Didn't catch his name, but we want to again thank the fellow we woke up at four in the morning on New Year's Day (this morning) when our furnace went out. He was willing to come out into the minus nine degree weather to rescue us from the bitter cold. We will definitely call again if we need heating or cooling service, but we will try to do it in better weather next time. :) We want to tell him how much we appreciated his quick and friendly service in our time of need. (And, in spite of liking to cuddle, the cats also were glad to come out from under the blankets.)
Called them this morning around 7am, came right out. It was an easy fix and they explained what the problem was. They thought it was a part but when they replaced it, that did not fix the problem so they took the part back out. found the problem to be something that we could have fixed on our own but the previous company that worked on our furnace did not explain that to us. Thanks HeatPro. In the future if we need any work done, you will be who we call.
