PM Contracting is a commercial Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning TEAM who has been steadily growing and gaining experience since 2004. PMC is comprised of Local Union #2 Sheet Metal, Local Union #533 Pipefitters and 24/7 Service Technicians. With the collaboration of our Project Managers, Estimators and field personnel, PM can tackle larger design-build and plan-spec projects and offer customers the highest value and energy efficiency at a competitive price. Even after the project is complete the PMC team is not.
Incorporated in 2004, PM Contracting has successfully served the commercial HVAC market. Our growth has progressed steadily to the point that we can capably tackle large design-build, or plan-spec projects with any construction team. A consistent driving force in the industry is energy efficiency and value driven projects.
PM Contracting employs Union Pipefitters through Local Union #533. They are responsible for the design, fabrication, and installation of new piping and tubing systems. Our highly skilled pipefitters repair damaged piping as well as retrofit older piping systems. PM Contracting employs a team of Union Sheet Metal workers through Local Union #2. With a full service sheet metal company, we have the ability to fabricate, assemble and install ductwork and a wide range of other sheet metal products and equipment.
