I've always gotten great service here. Their water testing is more thorough than Ordini down the road and I have never felt like they are trying to upsell me or make me buy things I don't need. Their service arm who I've used to open and close my pool is also great and super responsive. A number of times they've gone above and beyond to help me as a novice pool owner when I had an issue or question.
