Mark McCartney founded Arctic Refrigeration in 1994. Mark left Tulsa with a service truck and 16 years of managerial and technical experience. Working from his home, he began driving up and down major roads in Springfield, knocking on doors and offering coupons to new customers until someone needed repair work. Since Mark founded the company, he has been dedicated to providing fast, reliable service and operating with integrity. Mark now has over 40 years in the industry and has grown from one to 18 service technicians, servicing the greater Springfield area.
Arctic Food Equipment started as a service company and Mark has proudly built a well-respected brand, with a reputation for fixing the problem right. While our operations have expanded to include sales, we continue to provide high-quality service for installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial refrigeration, heating/cooling, vent hoods and kitchen equipment. Arctic Food Equipment's service technicians have an average of 18 years industry experience, several have more than 30 years on the job.
