Excellent customer service! First experience with them was a couple of months ago and they are awesome! From water analysis to which chemicals needed (without having a shopping cart already loaded with a ton of stuff you don't need like other places) & then today our pool pump died and they were able to answer our questions, get us scheduled in and now we have our new pump installed! Just a quick reminder for those that have cover pumps. Make sure that you unplug your cover pump during these freezing temperatures. Once the temperatures start returning to normal, use a water hose that isn't frozen with your cover pump.
