Aviles Construction has been family owned and run since 1984. Three generations of the Aviles Family work in all aspects of the buisness from managment to sales to installation. Aviles Construction is one of a handful of buisness that have worked for the State of Ohio's Home Weatherization Program since its inception. Founded by a Puerto Rican immigrant, Aviles Construction went from a small 3 man operation to one of the most successfull and acclaimed energy efficiency companies in the State of Ohio.
Aviles Construction offers a full line of electrical services. When our experts enter the home we include a visual inspection of the electrical service of the home. If any issues are identified it will be brought to the attention of the homeowner along with recommendations on how to repair. Most of the issues we find are a lack of grounding, undersized service wire entering the home, and incorrect or non-vented exhaust fans.
Aviles Construction has always been a leader in the field of HVAC. Our expert technicians have been trained by the Ohio Weatherization Training Center on how to install, service, and design the most efficient heating unit for your home. All of our high efficiency furnace and air conditioners are designed using formulas developed by the Department of Development. When Aviles Construction installs a high efficiency furnace and air conditioner, it is guaranteed to be the correct size and unit for that specific home.
