As a Senior Account Manager, Gary is responsible for satellite office service operations in the state of Kentucky and southern Indiana. He also helps manage the total maintenance contracts for all of Kentucky's community colleges. In addition to these contracts, he assists with managing a major account located in Mt. Vernon, Indiana. He was the architect of our electronic service order system and continues to direct and oversee the further development of Service Edge. Gary also assists the Service Department's Executive Vice President with day-to-day operations.

Matt is responsible for a service team made up of a Service Manager, Service Administrator, Service Technicians, and Apprentices. His duties include maintaining a customer base, reviewing maintenance needs, and providing pricing for repairs and equipment replacements. Matt has over 32 years experience in the HVAC and mechanical service field, the last 22 of these years with DeBra-Kuempel. Matt started his career as an apprentice, completing the four-year apprenticeship at the Local 392 school and going on to become a mechanical equipment serviceman.
As the Director of Purchasing, Mo oversees the functions of our Purchasing Department, which is responsible for the purchase of all materials, tools, and equipment for our mechanical, electrical, plumbing, industrial piping, sheet metal, and controls trades for over 650 field technicians, with an annual dollar volume of over $170 million. Mo's involvement in purchasing for large projects has helped our customers receive the best value for their investment and on-time delivery. He leverages our purchasing power with all of our suppliers and vendors to achieve the best cost savings possible for our customers on everything from equipment to consumables.
Tom has been a Senior Account Manager at DeBra-Kuempel for the past five years. He manages the service departments in the Columbus and Dayton offices along with a staff of twelve Service Technicians in the Cincinnati office. Tom also coordinates projects for customers that employ other service departments within DeBra-Kuempel (Plumbing, Electric, Pipefitting, Sheetmetal, Controls, and Predictive Maintenance). Tom has worked for DeBra-Kuempel since the start of his career as a Service Technician in 1983.
As an Account Manager for DeBra-Kuempel, Scott manages a staff of 21 Service Technicians dedicated to providing service and maintenance solutions to his group's account base. Scott not only manages his Service Technicians, but he also helps coordinate projects for his customers that employ other departments within DeBra-Kuempel (such as Plumbing, Electrical, Pipefitting, Sheetmetal, Controls, Chillers, and Engineering). With attention to detail and a hard work ethic, Scott is dedicated to establishing DeBra-Kuempel as the single-source outlet for all of his customer's mechanical needs.
John is the Vice President of the Design-Build Group with primary responsibility over engineering concepts for design-build contracting. He manages the engineering and operations on all design-build projects, along with the engineering, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and automation controls for single-source projects. John also provides renovation solutions on existing facilities' air handling systems. His knowledge of fan and duct systems has allowed many customers to greatly reduce utility costs.
Along with growing and managing a group of over 40 technicians, Joe, as Vice President of Special Projects, provides design estimate and project management for specialized projects, ranging in size from $5,000 to $5,000,000. These projects include renovations and installations at schools, food processing facilities, government facilities, and manufacturing plants. Joe attended the Local 392 Apprenticeship School, Journeyman Upgrade Program, and Revco Cascade Refrigeration Training. He has been with DeBra-Kuempel since he started his apprenticeship 30 years ago.
