UltimateAir offers the most energy-efficient whole house ventilation systems with up to 99% energy recovery and MERV 12 air filtration. Let our team get to work and give your home the superior indoor air quality you deserve. As air ventilation system manufacturers, we take great pride in our ventilation products that we've developed and manufactured in Athens, Ohio since our founding in 1989. The premium, efficient technology developed by UltimateAir is based on two decades of engineering efforts to optimize insulated construction techniques such as Passive House, LEED Platinum, Living Building Challenge, and Net-Zero Energy homes.

UltimateAir is the most efficient whole-house FreshAir system. We're proud to manufacture ventilation products that improve Indoor Air Quality and help families live more sustainable lives. Made in beautiful Southeastern Ohio, our products wear the "Made in the USA" badge. UltimateAir has practiced environmental stewardship since day one by collaborating with designers & builders to construct air tight and energy efficient homes. The UltimateAir team is dedicated to providing state-of-the-art products for homes around the world.

Contractors appreciate the ease of installing a RecoupAerator because the RecoupAerator is as close to "plug and play" as you can find in a whole-house ERV. The UltimateAir RecoupAerator is typically installed by qualified HVAC contractors using conventional ductwork, tools and materials. Because of complex considerations such as airflow dynamics and condensation issues, it is often best for a contractor or builder to execute the entire installation. If the recommended basement space is unavailable, the RecoupAerator is fully insulated and can be installed in attics as well as crawl spaces.

The first step toward proper maintenance of the UltimateAir RecoupAerator ERV is filling out the Warranty Registration. Sending in warranty card will help our staff provide the best possible service should you ever need it. The following is a list of components which should be addressed regularly to ensure that your fresh air system continues to run at its highest level of performance. The RecoupAerator's patented Heat Exchange Wheel contains six removable core filtration "pies" that periodically need to be replaced.

The UltimateAir team is proud to say that we have worked with hundreds of contractors, builders, and architects across North America and Internationally. We would be happy to assist with the design of your ERV system. Send us an email or give us a call! We are here to help.

Adding an energy recovery ventilator (ERV) to your home or construction is a great way to improve air quality without compromising on heat and energy recovery. ERVs are known for filtering and removing allergens, formaldehydes and other toxins that can be harmful to you and your family. These fresh air ventilation systems also reduce your AC dependency and can help lower your overall energy costs over time. Throughout the last few decades, filtered fresh air has become an integral part of high-performance building techniques in order to meet indoor air quality and energy efficiency requirements, so why trust the job to anyone but UltimateAir?

Air quality and the harmful substances in the air we breathe often go unnoticed because air is invisible. Air quality inside the average home is at least five times more contaminated than outdoors, and we spend 90 percent of our daily lives indoors. The average household today contains more chemicals than an average chemical plant 100 years ago. In most homes, ventilation is provided accidentally when air leaks through the building envelope. This 'natural' ventilation is unreliable because it's dependent on inconsistent weather conditions.

As people assess the needs of their homes, they'll often come across new products and services they were previously unaware of. ERVs are a good example of this, with the systems being highly useful but the general public's knowledge of them being limited. Let's examine what an ERV is, how it functions, all of its vital benefits, and why UltimateAir stands out as the premier choice for house ventilation options. Along with this transfer of air streams, ERV ventilation systems capture contaminants, pollutants, allergens, pollen, and more, helping to ensure that the air that enters and is kept within your home or office is clean and healthy.

At UltimateAir we know there's no 'fix all' for patients with respiratory ailments. But as health care providers you want the best for your patient. With over 70% of U.S. households affected by allergies or asthma, abundant clean Indoor Air is an important feature for any home and paramount to overall health. Simply put, UltimateAir provides the most effective whole-house ventilation air filter available. By installing our patented system, your patients will breathe easier and sleep better because the air they breathe is clean and fresh.
