As a specialty Pool & Spa service company, we will remain open, as well as continue our service routes to ensure your pool & hot tub's water chemistry is clean, sanitized, and maintained for use. Our business hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm | Sat 10am-4pm, and we are also offering private one on one hot tub viewing appointments in our showroom, maintaining social distancing after hours. Family-owned and operated, Blackthorne Spas was established in 1975 by Locksin Thompson after successfully installing a number of hot tubs for family and friends. He saw a need for a reliable full-service pool and spa retailer in the area, and created a company dedicated to providing clients with extraordinary customer service and knowledgeable professionals - which remains our top priority today. In 1992, Locksin's daughter, Malina Breaux, and her husband, Herbie, took over Blackthorne Spas' operations, where they were instrumental in the continued growth of the company throughout the years.

Our Pool & Spa Service Department offers a wide range of services, including repair, seasonal maintenance, winterization and more. We even service spas that were not purchased through Blackthorne (at the discretion of the Spa Service Manager). It's important to only have a qualified service technician perform regular maintenance and any required repairs. This can help ensure that the hot tub or pool is protected and provided with the best care, while ensuring your safety. Pool and spa service pricing is based on spas up to 500 gallons and pools up to 20,000 gallons.

Blackthorne Spas not only offers spas, swim spas and saunas, but we also have a retail store. Come visit our retail store for all of your pool supply and maintenance needs, as well as billiard tables, spas, saunas, and swim spas. We are your one-stop shop when you need pool chemicals, maintenance supplies, equipment and replacement parts, billiards, and pool toys and accessories.
