In 2005 Air Performance started a Houston office, which has grown from 2 employees' to over 80 today and still continues to expand. In 2016 APS Mechanical was created under the newly formed APS Building Services Holdings Company, so that we could provide additional value to our clients by being able to offer additional services and solutions while maintaining the same quality of service. As we continue to grow we will never lose sight of what has made APS successful which is listening to our clients that have grown with us.
Russell Griffin brings Twenty-Three years of HVAC experience. Russell begin his career as a HVAC technician and has learned every facet of working within and running an organization and understands what it takes to deliver on client's specific needs and run a successful company. Russell has held many positions in APS and has seen the company grow under his leadership over the last ten years. Russell has worked on many projects which include work from standard service of a one ton unit to changing out of complete systems up to six hundred tons.
