Recently received my Cover-Pools warranty replacement cover fabric. During the installation process we discovered cover-pools elected to delete the the electrical bonding straps(which I had to pay a premium up charge for previously and was told they were required). Cover-pools now says this safety feature is not required and is ignoring my request to discuss the issue. How can you delete a key safety feature on a warranty replacement and not review it with the pool owner, who just happened to pay a premium to get it in the first place. Safety does not appear to be a concern of theirs. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Cover-Pools.
Defective control board sensor in the cover motor so our pool cover wouldn't open. Called Cover-Pools on Monday and they were out on Tuesday for the repair. Technicians were courteous, clean and fast. Highly recommend Cover-Pools. We've had 3 covers installed over about 18 yrs and will continue to do business with Cover-Pools.
