We serve the entire Denver Metro area including Aurora, Denver, Littleton, Englewood, Centennial, Lakewood, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, etc. There are some things that you can do to help maintain your indoor comfort equipment and increase its longevity. Indoor comfort includes your hot air furnace, gas boiler, air conditioner, humidifier, air purifier, and anything else that adds to your indoor air quality or (IAQ). We have lots of experience on staff but we didn't decide to incorporate until 2004 as a full service construction company. It included home remodeling as well as heating and cooling. We since divided the company into two seperate divisions. We have a remodeling division and a heating and cooling division. The Hot 'n' Cold division specializes in residential heating, cooling and indoor air quality products. We install, service, and repair all gas hot air furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, and hot water heaters.

We can install brand new equipment for you. This includes new furnace or air conditioner with ducts and all the extra goodies. We can add ducts in a basement or attic to install new air conditioning in a house with hot water heat or add a second set of ducts for a new zone to improve comfort in larger homes. If you are building a new house we can provide the heating and cooling for that home. Adding a new air conditioning system to an existing forced air furnace system is a specialty of ours. Installing a new humidifier and air purifier to existing systems would also fall in this category.
