I have been a customer of JW Pierson for more than 10 years and also pay $229/annually for service contract without need for any repairs. However, this winter had service Call few times during extreme winter. Tech came and changed my thermostat without my consent and then sent me a bill for $225 for the thermostat. I have not received a return call after repeated calls to the office to rectify this situation. Where is the fairness in that? How would you rate that service? Would you recommend them to your loved ones?

after 3 hours and 3 calls the answering service finally had the courtesy to call back and tell me no service tonight. Luckily I have been paying for.

Today at 4:30am my boiler malfunctioned and caught fire. Smoke filled my basement and first floor. I shut the system down and called service right away. A service tech came ASAP! Shortly after there were 4 members of JW PIERSON at my house and assuring me that everything will be taken care of with no out of pocket cost for me. I'm not going to lie I was waiting for the typical corporate BS telling me that they weren't liable.
The manager called me several times throughout the day assuring me they were going to fix everything. In today's day in age you don't find companies as Honorable as JW Pierson was to me and my family today. They have a costumer for life!
