Horrible customer service been calling for 3 days for my automatic delivery becaise i was low now here I am 845 on a Friday night with 0% propane i have called the emergancy line 3 times in 2 1/2 hours and still have not recieved a call back yet
Service is deplorable. During a conversation with a technician (a few years ago) I was asked why I wanted to change gas companies. My reply was that there is no concept of "service" with Spicer. It's like talking to a rock.
