BRC Heating and Cooling is a first rate company! On the coldest night of the year, my heat just went out! They easily could have come out tonight and charged me for an after hours service call. Instead they walked me through a series of steps to see if I could resolve the problem. Sure enough, I have heat without a service call! THANKS BRC!
