Yesterday we had a pool company come out to look at our malfunctioning heater. After charging the 1st travel charge, they didn't have parts to fix it in their truck.
We have had thee best service from the staff at Hansen's and we haven't even spent any money there, yet! Months ago, we inherited a hot tub with our home purchase and had absolutely no idea what to do with it. The previous homeowners neglected it almost entirely and Dave has been so helpful with helping us find ways to fix what has been lacking, as well as recommend a local repair service. They are just far away to be inconvenient for us, but Hansen's will continue to receive our business! A new spa cover, a swimming pool. chemicals! We are clients for life, now! Thanks, Hansen's!
