I am on my third year renting at Brownstone Terrace in Middleton and it is so wonderful to deal with a genuinely nice, competent and professional staff. The apartment complex management team is exceptional. Nikki, Sarah and Shannon will all go out of their way to help you with anything you need. Having moved here from a complex with no covered parking, I especially appreciate the heated underground parking in winter and there's a car wash as well. The salt water pool and deck are great, but the clubhouse, beautifully appointed, can be reserved free for events which is appreciated. Maintenance requests are quickly acknowledged and handled. The newest maintenance guy, Bob, was quick to handle a check on our oven, corrected a problem with the dryer I had forgotten to report until he arrived and even spared a few extra minutes to tighten some loose screws on my wheelchair. He did it all with a smile. I would certainly recommend Brownridge Terrace and have done so.
