Really impressed with Thompson Pool! Being a new pool owner and not knowing much was really hard with another company we were using. They have helped us understand the process and keep our pool in great condition for enjoying during the summer months. They also help us winterize it for a good price. Every time I go in they are friendly and go the extra mile to make sure we are happy. They also test your water for free. Great company!

Wow! After much research and shopping for a new hot tub (after prices increased about 3K in just 2 years from our previous dealer, NOTE we would have been repeat customers), we decided to stop by Thompson pools in Billings on our way back home to Bozeman. Are we ever glad we did! We are so very pleased with our new spa in every regard and at a SIGNIFICANTLY more realistic and justifiable price! Superior design and layout, jets with seemingly endless adjustability, user-friendly display panel and chemistry/ maintenance instructions, way sturdier inside shell/cover/ cover lift.
