Owner, Ron Gaudian, founded the business on a desire to listen to their customers and help them to solve their heating needs. Ron has over 40 years of experience and knowledge in the heating industry. Kozy Heat opened in 1989 as NWA's only fireplace store. In the years sense Kozy Heat has become the areas premiere fireplace, grill, and outdoor living retail store. Their NFI Certified Installation team consists of Chris Michaels, who has been with them since the company formed. Ron's son, Randy Gaudian, joined the company in 1994 as a Technician / Installer.
