I want to give a big shout out to Ben and Bailey at Fresh Breeze. I woke up this morning to a very warm house ☹️and figured it was going to be a long hot week. I messaged Fresh Breeze at 6 am, had a return phone call by 9 and my unit back to blowing cold air by 11am. I can’t thank you enough for your prompt service all on the day before a holiday. Ben and Bailey are the best! They came through for me TWICE within hours of calling when my home warranty company could not. They are professional, honest and fair and will really do all they can to help their customers. I recommend them COMPLETELY to anyone needing air conditioning or heating service or repair and truly can't thank them enough for taking care of the problem so quickly, efficiently and inexpensive every time I've called. There aren't many companies around who care more about the customer than the bottom line and I appreciate them tremendously.
