Great service and Very Professional. They came when they said and did the job right the first time.
30 months and the burner assembly goes bad. 5 days and I cannot get Adee or AO Smith to step up and even supply the parts. The family is going crazy having to shower with cold water or some are just not showering. We are going have to rent a hotel room for a night so we can all shower. And 5 days later we are no where close to BEGINNING to have this unreliable water heater fixed. I would avoid this product. I will follow-up with the progress.
