I had the pleasure of having guardian pest control service my property. They identified and resolved my termite infestation. This major remediation was executed flawlessly. They truly care and show attention to detail. They took extra time to explain what needed to be done and provided pre and post walk throughs. The remediation involved drilling and pumping solution around the perimeter of the property and direct spraying of highly active areas.
I had the pleasure of having the management team onsite, the two gentlemen were down to earth and not afraid to get their hands dirty. With Guardian Pest control you are more then just a customer, they treat you like family. Thank you guys! We are forever grateful.

We couldn't recommend this company more! After redoing a deck last year we were informed there was termite damage & we found guardian pest control through a friend. They have been SO helpful in the treatment and incredibly reasonably priced compared to the competitors. We just had our yearly inspection to confirm termites are not present and there's no new damage and they were just as precise as last year ensuring everything is perfect. Eric is honest & dependable so check them out anytime you need help!

Where to start? Guardian is a family-owned business, so you're not going to get the corporate steamroller treatment here. They're honest and have a great bedside manner on top of that. Eric came out for an estimate and was incredibly personable and incredibly transparent regarding the process and pricing. He showed his expertise, too, when diagnosing the problem and discussing its prognosis. They work very fast, too, scheduling estimates and treatments close to one another.
Honestly, don't bother calling around - just go right to Guardian, a company that, I think, sets the gold standard for the industry!

One thing I like is a business that can give you a price over the phone. Another is when it's the right price, which I know because I comparison-shopped. The biggest name in town wanted over $100 more, and in my opinion, there probably isn't anything one place knows about pest control that others don't. You can pay a lot for a name, or you can pay less and get the same service, and maybe better.
Eric was personable and professional, easy to work with. Good communication, and got the job done. Definitely glad I called this company and of course, I recommend them!

We ended up with bed bugs and our landlord hired Guardian Pest Control to exterminate. Patrick was great!!! Very professional and I trusted him in our home. This would've been a 5 star rating accept that the email correspondence with one of the managers wasn't the best. There were supposed to be 2 weeks between treatments and we had to wait a month which caused my home business to lose hundreds of dollars. Then there was confusion about whether or not there were 2 or 3 treatments needed with different managers communicating different information.

I'm so happy with the service from Guardian. They worked with my very strict schedule and we kind and courteous each visit. They respected my home and the work was exceptional! The products they used were pet friendly and I never came home to an odor of any kind! Eric and Pat explained the whole process each time and worked with my very rigid budget. Thank you so much! Professional, friendly, reliable and successful in controlling mouse, roach and bed bug problems at our apartment complex (multiple units). Before I hired Guardian, I was hesitant to go with poison for the mice problem we had, thinking it would kill the mice inside the walls and create smell and dead mice everywhere, pet hazards etc. But whatever they did made the problem go away without new one surfacing.
Beyond that they gave good tips on preventing those pests from coming back, so far so good. It was nice to work with someone who has an outcome in mind and knows what they're doing, and is not afraid to share expert tips. Definitely my go-to company for extermination.
