We had our AC Installed in 2020. Very professional and honest. Fair prices and fit us in straight away. AC Has been great - until the first heat wave of the year in 2023. I called and asked if they could fit us in, and they got us on the schedule for the following day. We were only charged for the labor, since the part was still under warranty. This is a good company! As a person in the HVAC industry, I would recommend them.

I used MetFab for my heat pump/furnace repair last winter and now to replace my whole system--which was old (1971!) and failing. They were great to deal with, their techs/electricians were professional, respectful and knew their stuff. They gave me good advice; didn't try to sell me on extras or overbuilt systems; gave me a competitive price; and explained problems and made sure I knew about my new system. My air conditioner went out the night before a stretch of 100°+ heat wave. I called around and these guys had set aside time for emergencies like mine. I was so so grateful.
