I actually used to work for Whitney & Danielle in the early days of the company. Great way to earn a few extra bucks hanging out in a hot tub at an event for a couple days! My wife and I had Whitney and Innovative Spas design and install a pool for us. Turned out like our own personal resort. Her recommended contractor that did the installation was fair, and professional. If your considering installing a pool, I would definitely consider a custom kit from Whitney and installation by Jason. We had multiple estimates for different big name pool companies, and what we got was the same pool with all the upgrades we could think of for less than the cost of a basic pool from one of the bigger named companies. Is General Contracting your own pool work, some, but having a responsive contractor like Whitney and Jason make it easy, and saving a SIGNIFICANT amount of money and using it for extras like fiber optic luminar's, variable speed pump, stamped concrete, granite steps, and copper vein ladder and grab handle etc. for the same price as a basic pool then I would definitely go for it. If we ever move (not likely for a while since my wife says she is never moving) and decide to put in another pool I would 100% use Whitney again.
I had innovative Spas come to a service call at my house on Friday. Travis was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I have dealt with many different pool companies but this one is top notch. I didn't feel like I was getting robbed for some advice on how to take care of my pool salt water system.
