Bed bugs can not survive in temperatures above 130F. With our heat treatment service we bring the infested homes internal temperature up to around 150F and hold it there for six hours. Furniture is moved several times during the treatment to ensure no cold spots form within the home. Heat treatments can be used as a chemical free option or combined with the chemical treatment for the greatest success. Marriott Termite and Pest Control stays up to date on the latest innovations in bed bug control.
Marriott Termite and Pest Control utilizes the Advance Termite Bait Station system. This system is used to both treat active termite infestations and also to monitor and prevent termites. The stations are inspected year round and baited if termites are found. The termites then take the bait back into the colony which in turn eliminates the colony. Our Termite Protection Plan is a stand alone service but can also be added to our other pest control services. A monitoring and baiting system is installed around your property.
Our plans are affordable and effective. We handle any situation and we go the extra mile where others may not. From small kitchens to apartment buildings we work hard, so your business wont skip a beat.
One-time service:We pride ourselves on offering no contract treatments. You can rest assured that when you call Marriott Termite and Pest Control you will not be pressured into a contract. Bed Bug Monitoring: Do you have kids in college? Do you travel a lot? You can add bed bug monitoring to your service plan. We can monitor for bed bug activity and perform preventative treatments in areas where they have been.
Our ant control program utilizes the ant colony's behavior against them. We apply a treatment and the ants unknowingly take that treatment into the nest and to the queen resulting in colony elimination.
