The company was founded by longtime service technician Clifford Akpan in 2014. After a decade of working in the industry, Clifford became frustrated with the service maintenance business model that the big pest control companies have spent millions of advertising dollars to push. Clifford believed that in many situations, service maintenance is not the best way to solve the problem as well as a waste of time and money for the customer.
