We do more than just eliminate odors - we eradicate fine particulate matter such as aerosols, smoke, fumes, dust, ash and pollen, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), mold and pathogens such as MRSA and C.diff. Bad odors often indicate the presence of harmful bacteria, mold, or other contaminants - which is why it is important to identify the root cause and deal with the problem at its source.

Canine inspections can be used as part of a maintenance plan, to inspect units surrounding a known infestation or for light infestations where there is no visual evidence. All our dogs have been rigorously trained to "indicate" when they have smelled live bed bugs or eggs. Our dogs and handlers work as a team to increase accuracy and reduce time when inspecting hotels, multi-family units, public buildings and private homes. Humans have benefitted from dogs' keen sense of smell for years. Canines have been used in search and rescue and have been trained to detect such things as explosives, narcotics and weapons.

Bed bug infestations often occur within a couple meters of the pests' food source. Since they feed on human blood, this means they are often found in mattresses, box springs, carpets, headboards and baseboards. These are sensitive places where traditional chemical treatments are out of the question. For this reason - as well as its proven effectiveness - experts agree that heat as the best solution. We use heat to eradicate bed bugs in a single environmentally-friendly treatment. Our natural extermination process uses convection to force heat into mattresses, furniture, walls and difficult spots to kill bed bugs in all their stages (eggs, nymphs and adults) without the use of chemicals.

Heat is the most effective tool available to exterminate bed bugs - as recommended by the CDC. Our natural pest control process involves exposing infested areas to temperatures above 113°F leading within minutes to the death of bed bugs and their eggs. Heat is introduced into the home through industry-specific heaters and powerful fans distribute the heat evenly to all areas. This convection processes allows heat to penetrate beds, furniture, electronics, wall voids and clothing. To ensure proper pest treatment our technicians will need to open all drawers, closets, bags and boxes, furniture may need to be moved and beds taken apart.
