The Field service Technician (Carlos C.) provided excellent service! He listened to my concerns, provided his expertise giving advice and explaining the best way to treat the house, did a walk through of the house and then explained exactly how he was going to treat for insects. Finally, he treated for insects, then explained what he had done and when he would be coming back. Very professional and very thorough! Would highly recommend these services, this company and this technician to everybody.
