Had to pay a false alarm fee received as a result of some system hiccup or temp glitch. "We don't cover false alarm fees." This is what I got as a response.
The sales person was friendly and courteous, and very knowledgeable. The installer was the same and even came back to work around a telephone line issue that wasn't his fault. The best news: this company is more affordable than most!
Bought a system from Mike Vanderkleed in Indianapolis 6 months ago. The system was priced right and the monthly monitoring service is reasonable. I like my system because I have full control from my smartphone remotely.
