Crawlspaces in eastern NC are particularly vulnerable due to high water tables, high humidity and the fact that many crawlspace homes have A/C ductwork and air handlers in the crawlspace. If you are allergic or susceptible to mold or are concerned about mold we offer to perform certified mold testing if we encounter visible mold or conditions conducive to mold during your inspection.
