Nolan Integrated Pest Control And Management (NIPCAM) Group is just that, a group of companies that each provide a unique and specialized pest related service. Our services include: pest management consulting, termite litigation, pest management service work, pest control product sales and testing/development. You have pests? NIPCAM Group provides pest solutions. NIPCAM offers an unparalleled level of experience and expertise in the pest management field. Our PhD team members helped found many of the integrated pest management (IPM) practices used in the industry today.

Looking for a turnkey solution to effective pest management, monitoring, disinfection, and litter treatment? NIPCAM Services provides solutions to mitigate your pest concerns and disease pressures to protect your valuable assets from the damage these issues create. We often find that when pest management duties are put on the shoulders of growers results are generally inconsistent and ineffective. By bringing in an experienced contractor these shortcoming are successfully eliminated and control and consistency is greatly enhanced.

Rodent control is much more than just checking bait stations and haphazard rodenticide application. NIPCAM specializes in creating effective rodent control programs in the toughest environments including poultry houses, warehouses, feed mills, loading docks, and more. When developing rodent control programs, NIPCAM understands the importance of bait selection and placement, exclusion, data collection, safety, and environmental awareness. We work with our clients to develop rodent control programs that effectively accomplish their specific needs.

NIPCAM has developed a special combination of technical advice, formal pest management programs (including all forms and SOPs), and pest management material sales. Our personnel tailor systems so that they satisfy even the most stringent protocols and company requirements. Our sampling and monitoring plans are designed to properly complement the current emphasis on environmentally-sensitive approaches to pest management. Professional pest management programs can be implemented in homes, warehouses, manufacturing areas, processing areas, clean rooms, nursing homes, hospitals, and facilities for poultry production and processing, livestock production and processing, dairies, swine, horses, and pets.

I worked for this company for approximately three years and put everything I had into managing operations and serving clients across East Texas. Unfortunately, after requesting a formal resolution regarding unpaid overtime and fair classification, I was terminated via text message.

After raising legal concerns about wage violations and misclassification, I learned that NIPCAM’s ownership—including Sean Nolan, Maxcy P. Nolan III, Brett Nolan, and Hank Oliver—held a group meeting and decided to terminate me. I believe this was a direct act of retaliation.

During my time there, I was also directed to apply restricted-use pesticides using a delivery method developed internally. This method violated proper application standards and regulatory norms but was promoted as what “set us apart.”

I’m not sharing this out of bitterness, but because transparency matters. I believe all workers deserve to be treated fairly when they raise valid legal concerns. I wish their team the best, but I also hope others speak up if they’re in similar situations.

After I shared my experience and concerns, I received a cease and desist letter from NIPCAM’s attorney. I stand by everything I’ve said. Attempts to silence former employees rather than address legitimate issues only raise more questions. Accountability matters.

I want to be clear: I was not terminated over any so-called “arguments” with coworkers. I was fired after exercising my right to request written resolution of legal violations before continuing duties.

If you’re a customer—or a worker like I was—what you see may look fine on the surface. But many serious compliance issues were never disclosed in the field.

Do your research. Ask questions. Protect yourself before you trust them.
