I have been a customer with monthly maintenance for over 5 years. I had a new filter put in which they left glue and grease mark on the new cover which are now permanent. I then had an issue with my spa light not turning on. They came out to check it and said they would have to drain the spa part way to change the light. I came home and was amazed to see that the backyard wasn't all wet. I tried the light, and it didn't work still. So I called WALLY he said that they replaced the GIF outlet on the panel. So they came out again to see why it didn't work, it had tripped. It now works but I then get a $271 Bill to replace the GIF outlet. Hugely overpriced for a $10 outlet! I told WALLY that was very expensive for an outlet which I could of replaced if they ever told me that was the problem. He told me to go away and hung up on me! 5 1/2 years of monthly care =$4030, New Filter $1100, New GIF $271, totalling $5401 and he tells me to go away and hangs up on me! WALLY GO FUCK YOURSELF!
