Your children can bring them home from school or a sleepover at a friend's house. There is no way to totally avoid bedbugs but there are things you can do to reduce the risk of getting them in your home. Most of the ways to reduce your risk of are common sense. After staying somewhere else, you should check your clothing, shoes, and bags before bringing them inside.
