Pest Control

Our comprehensive pest control services target over 20 common household pests using eco-friendly methods. Trained technicians identify infestation sources and apply targeted treatments to eliminate existing problems while creating protective barriers against future invasions. Regular quarterly maintenance plans ensure ongoing protection for both residential and commercial properties.

Termite Control

Specialized termite control includes inspections, liquid treatments, and Sentricon baiting systems to protect structures from subterranean and drywood termites. Our Florida-specific approach addresses regional construction challenges and humidity-related risks through annual inspections and customized prevention strategies.

Lawn Care

Professional lawn care services combine fertilization, weed control, and pest management to maintain healthy turf. Customized plans address Florida-specific grass types and climate conditions through six to nine annual treatments that prevent disease and insect damage while enhancing lawn appearance.

Mosquito Treatment

Targeted mosquito control creates protective barriers around properties using EPA-registered solutions. Treatments focus on eliminating breeding sites and applying residual sprays to reduce populations by up to 90%, providing safer outdoor environments during peak mosquito seasons.

Wildlife Removal

Humane wildlife removal services address nuisance animals like raccoons, squirrels, and bats. Technicians identify entry points, implement exclusion methods, and repair structural damage while complying with local regulations to ensure safe and permanent solutions.

Aug 08, 2016 Report

After discovering some tiny spots in our master bathroom ceiling, and then a single live termite on the bathroom counter, we called Hoffer (based on Angie's List and other reviews) to come out for an inspection. Julio Gutierrez was there same day, and we got the bad news (not Hoffer's fault) we had formosan subterranean termites - the worst and most aggressive kind. The full-day, pretty expensive treatment was done a week later by the hard-working and impressive technician Michael Hornberger.

At every step of the way, excellent and responsive customer service. Eric Hoffer even stopped by the house on treatment day and offered to respond to any questions we may have. Frankly, it's so rare these days to encounter polite, knowledgeable and responsive service companies - I'm glad we found Hoffer and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them in the future.
