For the past year, Mike Hotchkiss, Owner and Operator of Dragons Fly Pest Control maintained and treated my house. It’s so delightful when a professional brings additional value and exceeds their customers’ expectations; the kind of service that you instantly want to tell your friends and family about. That is exactly the experience Mike has provided for me. When I think of pest control, I think of a person with a back pack on spraying around the perimeter of my floors. Mike has changed this mental image in my head. First of all, he methodically and meticulously inspected the entire inside and outside of my home. He wanted me to be part of this process so that he could inform me of the potential problem areas. As we walked around the house he provided suggestions and guidance. I was quickly learning that there were many things I could do as a homeowner in order to keep pest away. This was very educational and beneficial. Mike then strategically went to work placing bait around the house. Never once did he spray along the floor boards of my house! It was easy to see that he is passionate and a true professional of his trade!
