Pest Control
Our customized pest control solutions target common household pests including ants, spiders, roaches, and mosquitoes. Using eco-friendly treatments, we implement preventative measures and targeted interventions to eliminate infestations. Our technicians conduct thorough inspections to identify entry points and develop long-term management strategies that protect both residential and commercial properties while maintaining safety for occupants.
Rodent Control
This comprehensive rodent control service addresses mice, rats, and other nuisance rodents through humane removal methods and exclusion techniques. We identify and seal entry points, implement baiting systems, and provide prevention strategies to stop future infestations. Our approach eliminates health risks from droppings and prevents structural damage caused by gnawing while ensuring safe removal of trapped animals.
Bed Bug Treatment
Specialized bed bug treatments utilize advanced thermal technology to eliminate infestations at all life stages. Our heat remediation process penetrates walls, furniture, and fabrics to destroy hidden pests without chemical treatments. The service includes thorough inspections, targeted heat application up to 135F, and follow-up evaluations to guarantee complete eradication while maintaining safety for household members and belongings.
Termite Treatments
Professional termite inspection and treatment services protect properties from wood-destroying insects. We identify active infestations through mud tubes and damaged wood assessments, then implement trenching and foaming treatments to eliminate colonies. Our prevention plans include soil pretreatment options and two-year renewable warranties to safeguard structural integrity against termites and other wood-boring pests.
Bat Remediation
This humane bat remediation service addresses attic infestations through exclusion techniques that comply with Iowa's wildlife protection laws. We install one-way exit doors, seal entry points, and implement prevention measures to keep bats from returning. The process safely removes colonies while protecting these ecologically important animals, followed by decontamination of affected areas to eliminate health risks from guano.
