Through and friendly service - just what you need when your Mac breaks your heart
My Ipad screen smashed last night, it was fixed by Solid Rock IT UK by 5pm this afternoon. The job was done fast and with a smile. This was the most convenient and reasonable service I could find in London. Thanks so much Mark.
I had problems with a mac book pro and a mac book air - one was old and one was running out of memory (storage). Mark cleaned them with antivirus software and helped us delete old unnecessary files. We built the 2011 mac book pro into a multimedia machine for movies, videos, music, photos, and cleaned up the air to free up half the storage. Mark came to our house for the services so we were also able to tap him for a dozen "how tos" on our macs. Very happy with the personalized service!
