Services
Termite Inspections
Our licensed technicians perform thorough termite inspections to identify infestations and structural damage. Using advanced detection methods, we provide detailed reports for homeowners and real estate transactions. Our inspections meet industry standards and include preventive recommendations to protect properties long-term.
Bed Bug Extermination
We specialize in eliminating bed bug infestations through targeted heat treatments and EPA-registered pesticides. Our process includes identifying hiding spots, treating affected areas, and providing follow-up services. Technicians use protective gear and follow strict safety protocols to ensure effective eradication without compromising client health.
Real Estate Inspections
Licensed pest inspections for property transactions identify current or past infestations that affect property value. Our reports meet lending requirements and include documentation of termite damage, moisture issues, and other pest-related concerns. We provide same-day reports with clear recommendations for necessary treatments or repairs.
Roach Control
Our roach control services target common species through baiting systems, crack-and-crevice treatments, and moisture control recommendations. Technicians identify entry points and apply residual treatments to eliminate colonies. We focus on kitchens, bathrooms, and other high-moisture areas where roaches typically infest.
Small Animal Trapping
We humanely trap and relocate nuisance animals like mice, raccoons, and squirrels from residential and commercial properties. Our process includes identifying entry points, setting traps, and implementing exclusion methods to prevent re-entry. We follow local regulations for animal handling and disposal.
