I hired this company to remove the squirrels from my garage. After calling around to several places I chose this one because they seemed the most down-to-earth and trustworthy. They came out and after several weeks caught about nine squirrels. After catching the last one it snowed and the gentleman told me to let him know if I saw any more squirrel activity. I contacted him the VERY next day to let him know my husband and I heard more squirrels in our garage. He never got back to me or came back to capture anymore. We did not cover the hole for the winter because we knew there were still squirrels living up there and they would just chew their way back out. I contacted him in the spring to come back and put out more traps. He told me he was coming in two days and never showed up. In my opinion he simply got tired of coming out to my house to finish the job. I hired him to get rid of the squirrel problem. Getting rid of Some of the squirrels was equivalent to getting rid of none of the squirrels because either way the problem was not fixed. I paid him $400 only to see no results.
