Services
Termite Control
Our termite control services combine chemical soil treatments, baiting systems, and wood treatments to eliminate infestations. We use Termidor and Bora-Care applications tailored to each property's foundation type. Our licensed technicians perform detailed inspections to identify mud tunnels, damaged wood, and swarms before implementing customized treatment plans that include annual warranty options.
Bed Bug Treatment
We specialize in bed bug eradication using targeted chemical applications and heat treatments. Our process includes thorough inspections for eggs and cast skins, followed by precise pesticide application in mattress seams and cracks. We provide multiple follow-up visits to ensure complete elimination and recommend mattress encasements for ongoing prevention of these persistent urban pests.
Ant Extermination
Our ant control services address both nuisance ants and wood-destroying carpenter ants. We locate nests in structural voids or outdoor wood piles and implement treatments that target both primary and satellite colonies. Our approach focuses on habitat modification and limited chemical use to prevent re-infestation while protecting the environment.
Rodent Removal
We handle mouse, rat, and vole infestations through comprehensive exclusion strategies. Our technicians identify entry points as small as a dime's diameter, implement humane trapping systems, and provide prevention recommendations. For commercial clients, we create customized baiting programs that comply with food safety regulations while eliminating rodent populations.
Spider Control
Our spider control programs target both common house spiders and dangerous brown recluse spiders. We use crack-and-crevice treatments combined with glue board monitoring systems to reduce populations. For brown recluse infestations, we implement specialized treatment protocols focusing on void spaces and storage areas where these reclusive spiders typically reside.
