Services
Termite Treatment
Our termite treatments protect properties with EPA-approved methods. Each service includes a free inspection and 1-year guarantee. We use conventional ground treatments and baiting systems to eliminate colonies, with recommended 5-year retreatments maintaining protection. Our state-certified technicians target subterranean, Formosan, and drywood termites.
Pest Control
We offer comprehensive pest control for residential and commercial properties. Services include one-time treatments and annual agreements with quarterly visits. Our technicians handle ants, rodents, roaches, and other pests using safe methods that address health risks from contamination and allergens. Commercial plans are customized to business needs.
Pre-Construction Protection
Our two-phase pre-construction protection involves soil pretreatment at 100 gallons per 1000 sq ft. We establish perimeter prevention zones after construction completes, treating foundation areas and bath traps. Inspections identify termite risk factors before implementing liquid or foam barriers to prevent infestations.
Baiting Systems
When traditional treatments aren't feasible, our baiting systems eliminate termite colonies. The bait disrupts colony growth through consumption, eventually eliminating the population. Technicians strategically place bait stations around properties to intercept foraging termites up to 450 feet from nests, providing targeted control without soil treatments.
Wood Preservative Services
Our Bora Care wood preservative protects against fungal decay and insect damage. Applied during construction or renovations, this treatment bonds to wood fibers for long-term protection. It prevents costly structural damage from termites and beetles while maintaining wood aesthetics, ideal for high-risk areas like decks and exposed beams.
