Services
Perimeter Pest Barrier
Our advanced barrier spray treatment creates a protective perimeter around your property using EPA-registered, low-impact chemicals. This method effectively deters over 95% of common pests including ants, spiders, and beetles while maintaining safety for pets and landscaping. The treatment forms a long-lasting defense that disrupts pest entry points around foundations and flower beds.
Interior Pest Control
Targeted interior applications focus on baseboards, garages, and storage areas using organic-based solutions that eliminate existing infestations. Our technicians identify and treat pest harborage areas while explaining prevention strategies during each visit. This service includes safe treatment of entry points around windows and doors.
Rodent Management
Comprehensive rodent control combines exclusion techniques, humane trapping, and habitat modification. We seal entry points up to 40 feet high while implementing monitoring systems to prevent re-infestation. The service includes nest removal and sanitation recommendations to eliminate attractants from residential and commercial properties.
Seasonal Pest Plans
Customizable quarterly treatment programs adapt to Boise's seasonal pest patterns. Each visit includes property inspections, targeted treatments, and detailed service reports. The plan addresses elm seed bugs in summer, rodents in fall, and overwintering pests through scheduled preventative measures.
Commercial Pest Control
Tailored solutions for restaurants, offices, and warehouses maintain pest-free environments while complying with industry regulations. Services include discreet treatments during off-hours, staff training on pest prevention, and detailed documentation for health inspections. Our IPM approach minimizes chemical use while ensuring continuous protection.

Before we hired Perx, we found black widows three months in a row in our garage. After starting Perx's service, we have not seen any black widows.
