Has anyone else been charged the absurd amount of $1000 for a month of gas and electric for a one-story 2600 sq. ft house? Totally absurd and unethical.
Oranj Palm has questionable customer service. We have booked the same home thru them each year & this year, they claim they could not reach us to rebook for next year so they booked someone else. We have dealt with the same agent also! I call rubbish on that. We received one email & tried to rebook the next day. They have our personal contact info & couldn't be bothered to make a real effort to get in touch. Will never deal with them again. So very disappointed.
Very disappointed in the service management quality. After 14 days and numerous emails and calls finally had the rugs and furniture cleaned. They were so dirty I did not want to sit on furniture. We had no can opener, broken blinds, broken mirror and numerous other things. We have been trying to contact quality control as well as the management, manager Ian for 2 weeks. I have not any response from any person at Oranj 4 emails and 5 calls. This is very poor customer service!'
